FAQ STALLHOLDERS

HOW DO I APPLY TO BECOME A STALLHOLDER?
Click on the Online booking system button at the top of the page and follow the prompts. 

Once application is approved you will be receive information about requirements to obtain your site at your chosen market/s.

HOW MUCH IS A STALL?
Stall fee is $50 for a 3m x 3m standard site. Double sites are also available.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Everything to create your stall. For example, trestle table, canopy, chair, and your products to sell. Stallholders requiring power need to provide their own. Weights are a mandatory requirement

WHY SHOULD YOU BOOK A STALL AT DVCS MARKETS? 

To gain exposure and opportunities to develop your brand presence with retailers and the media.

It's also an opportunity for you to interact directly with customers and gain important insight into your work as seen by a wider audience.

HOW DO I BOOK IF I'M A BUSKER OR A COMMUNITY GROUP?

We love having buskers at our markets, if you would like to perform at one of your markets, please send us an email to: dvcsmarkets@dvsupport.org.au

Community Groups get a special treatment. Please send us an email to: dvcsmarkets@dvsupport.org.au before booking. 

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHERE MY STALL IS?

On the day of the market you will be taken to your site.

WHAT ARE THE BUMP IN TIMES?

KDCM market:  6:30 am

Hurstbridge Market: 7:00 am

Macleod Market:  7:00 am 

CAN I HAVE MY CAR AT MY STALL?

Yes (with a few exceptions)

WHAT ARE THE SET UP TIMES?

Please check times for specific market, but normally is 1.5 hours before market opens.

IS THERE POWER AVAILABLE?

No. 

ARE  THERE ANY REFUNDS GIVEN FOR “NO SHOWS”?

No refunds, but exceptions may apply.

FAQ MARKET VISITORS

IS THE MARKET DOG FRIENDLY?

Yes, but must be on leash

IS THE MARKET EVER WASHED OUT?

Our Markets are all weather markets, and a total washout is extremely rare.
